Service level agreement

The agreement sets quality and reliability standards and ensures transparent communication between us and our clients. The agreement specifies how we are to respond to different situations. This contributes to a strong and trusting relationship with our customers.

Free online system for recording installations and service calls

SLAS is a free online system for tracking installations and service requests. It offers a detailed view of all client installations. The client can check the status of their request, see when it was registered, when it will be completed or how long the request took. Everything is supported by photo documentation.
